Our price reflects the quality of our education and the customer service we offer; therefore, tipping is not a practice we encourage.

We recommend the purchase of hair care products in which a portion of that amount goes toward continuing education to better serve you. Also, the best tip you can give us is your return and the referrals you send to The Mane Event.

This is included complimentary with all spa services and entails warm aromatic towels on your feet as you choose an Aveda aroma that will be used in your service (or services) to personalize your visit. During this time your spa therapist will consult with you and your needs for that day.

This head-to-toe experience is designed for total relaxation and skin rejuvenation. During this time you will experience an integrated foot and scalp treatment. The Aveda facial massage includes a combination of pressure point, lymphatic drainage and ayurvedic techniques that will leave your skin looking refreshed and rejuvenated.

For anyone experiencing acne or an occasional breakout, this treatment will leave the skin less irritated and more clear overall. For the best results, we recommend 4 sessions once a week for 4 weeks along with the use of Outer Peace home care.

CANCELLATION AND REFUND POLICY

For the Spa
In the event of a cancellation, a 48 hour notice is requested for all clients to prevent a full service charge (72 hours for a group of two or more). Should you need to cancel your spa appointment without the required notice, you may do so; however, a charge for the full appointment fee will be made to your credit card or gift card balance. Late cancellation fees for appointments that are rescheduled within a reasonable time frame will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis.

For the salon
In the event of a cancellation, a 48 hour notice is requested for all clients to prevent a full service charge. Should you cancel your salon appointment with less than a 24 hour notice, a credit card number will be required to hold future appointments. For all new clients, we ask for a credit card or gift card number to hold your reservation.
